Hi Tina. Post a reply to this thread to announce that you are starting the module. I will then reply and begin the discussion about progressing with the module and what document you plan to produce.

Hi Tony, I've arrived (been a busy week as I mentioned in email).

A few thoughts:
1. I needed to create a Google account to look at the google doc - this was good as I needed to create this in any case though it may need to be made clear to new learners.

2. I'm not sure why personal information such as date of birth was required to register - it might discourage learners from joining.

3. I could not find the edit button mentioned above.

Tina

Hi Tina,
Welcome to the group!
Thanks for your comments - I've changed your status to that of a 'writer' so you should now see the edit button when you log on.
Also, you're right about needing a Google account & I'll include this in the info provided (however, finding out about these things might alert learners to similar needs when using other tools. This is discovery learning and we might want learners to be street wise. What do you think?)
Look forward to your responses in this pilot exercise and to hearing about the document you plan to base it on.
Regards
Tony
